Preheat the airfryer (200°C), peel the ripe plantain and cut slices one finger thick.

Put it in the airfryer for 4 minutes (it doesn't need a drop of oil, but you can add a little EVOO), take it out and spread it with a fork. Put it back in the airfryer for 4 more minutes.

Add salt to taste and enjoy!
