Hake in green sauce (with shrimps and clams)

In a casserole or large frying pan, pour a dash of olive oil and a chili pepper. In the meantime, cut the onions and garlic and add them to the pan.

When we see that the onion is already poached, we proceed to add the flour. Stir it well with a wooden spoon, so that the flour integrates and cooks well (it is very important that it does not remain raw).

Then pour the fish stock, approximately 150 ml, but you can add more or less depending on how thick you want it to be (it is ok if it is thick, when you add the fish it will release water and it will be more liquid). Add salt and parsley and stir. Cook for about 7 minutes. *Optional: before pouring the broth, you can add a splash of white wine and let it evaporate for two minutes.

Finally, add the shrimp, clams and hake fillets and cover the pan until cooked (about 10 minutes approx, until we see that the fish is cooked).
