Wash and thinly slice the zucchini. Briefly fry the larger slices in a frying pan with a drop of olive oil and set them aside once done. Chop and reserve the rest of the slices.

Over high heat sauté the chopped onion. After about 2 minutes add the chopped zucchini that you had previously reserved. Season and let it cook for about 15 minutes.

While the onion and zucchini are frying, chop the cooked ham. Add it to the frying pan with the rest of the ingredients when 1 or 2 minutes of the 15 minutes of the previous step are missing.

Turn off the heat. Add the cream cheese and mix well.

Now it's time to make the rolls. On the extended zucchini slices add a little of the filling from the pan. Roll the slices to shape and place them in a baking dish. Add a little of the tomato sauce on top of each roll and sprinkle some grated cheese.

Grill in the oven and serve.
