Chop the ONION into small pieces and add it to the fire with a little EVOO. When it has been simmering for about ten minutes, add the chopped CHAMPIÑONES and some whole ones. Add the glass of WHITE WINE and let the alcohol evaporate.

When we see that the mushrooms are tender, add the SALT and the PEPPER. Then mix MILK and FLOUR in a separate glass and add it slowly.

Stir all the ingredients until they thicken. If we like the sauce more liquid we can add more milk.
