In a saucepan mix all the ingredients except the strawberries. Milk, egg, light cream cheese, sweetener (to taste), vanilla essence and oat flour.

Bring to medium heat stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

Remove from heat and serve in glasses.

Cut the frozen strawberries and decorate to taste. I added a few pieces of pumpkin and chocolate sponge cake, chopped cookies and that's it!

Cool on a wire rack and refrigerate.
