Cut the mozzarella cheese into slices a little smaller than the spinach leaves. Place a slice of cheese on top of each spinach leaf and brush with pesto sauce.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and place each half on top of the mozzarella cheese, prick each small portion with a toothpick to be able to pick it up without touching.
