Peel and cut the zucchini and cook them in boiling water with a little salt. When they are soft, remove all the water and set aside.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the cream and cheese and season to taste.

Add the zucchini to the previous mixture and stir.

Pour all the mixture into a baking dish and add more cheese on top.

With the oven preheated to 180°, we introduce the mixture and, when the egg is set and the cheese is melted, we take it out.
