Wash the broccoli and shred it.

Mix it with the grated eggs, mozzarella and parmesan. Salt and pepper and add a little oregano and basil.

Put the mixture in a baking pan with a tablespoon of oil, making sure to spread it evenly.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Once out of the oven, add the grated emmental, the cherry tomatoes and the chopped black olives.

Sprinkle with a little more olive oil, a little oregano and basil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes more.
