READ BEFORE CHECKING INGREDIENTS! THERMOMIX RECIPE EDITED FOR MY NEEDS (I will also write as it says in the Thermomix) - 1º Fry the onion, 2 cloves of garlic with the oil.

Add the tomato and stir a little (in the thermomix it asks me to use the butterfly). Add the beans (the original recipe calls for 500gr but I did not have so many so I put less) cut into pieces of 4cm or so. I add salt and water (the Thermomix also adds sugar, I do not). Stir and cover a little to cook for 30 minutes (I DID IT BY EYE). 15 minutes before cooking I added a pinch of baking soda to remove the acidity.

Serve on a platter, and eat! I use it as an accompaniment to a couple of boiled eggs or 2 grilled chicken fillets. But it's up to your taste!
