Sandwich with cauliflower bread and cheese

Put the eggs in a bowl and beat well. Add the cauliflower and cheese and mix well.

Grease two rectangular molds with an easy release spray and add half of the mixture in each one. Smooth with a fork.

Bake at 190 degrees with heat up and down for 30 minutes until you see it is set and golden brown.

Take out, leave to cool and unmold.

With these quantities I had enough for two sandwiches, I wrapped one loaf in albal paper and kept it in the fridge and it has lasted a couple of days.

I made this sandwich with healthy mayonnaise, 2 slices of high protein cheese, 8 slices of turkey cold cut +90%, tomato, lettuce and a little more mayonnaise... the combination of flavors is great!!!!! Soon I will show you what I did with the other one.

As you can see in the photo (and I took the rest of the turkey cold cut bilateral separately) the lunch has 600 Kcal, of which 81 gr are proteins, 16 gr are carbohydrates and 23 gr are fats.
