Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Mix the spices with the yogurt.

Place the chicken in a baking dish with a drizzle of EVOO on the bottom, and baste the chicken with the yogurt and spice sauce.

Cook the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes at 200ºC.

After this time, remove it from the oven, remove the sauce from the chicken, cut it into medallions and place it on a plate.

Beat the sauce with a blender for about 3 minutes to emulsify it a little and serve it on top of the chicken.

Serve with tender sprouts, sliced cucumber and cherrys (or whatever you like!) And that's it!
