Cut half an onion into pieces

Fry the onion with the garlic and the EVOO for about 7 minutes.

Boil the cabbage for 15 minutes. I personally boiled it together with the onion, the garlic and the EVOO from the previous step, I used 200ml of water, and practically all the water was consumed.

(In case you have boiled the cabbage separately, put all the ingredients together). Add nutmeg, pepper and salt to taste, and blend all the ingredients.

Add 200ml of milk and continue blending until the desired texture is reached. I have shredded the ingredients first and then added the milk so that the cabbage is well shredded.

Fly away! Ready to enjoy! Delicious served with whole wheat Spelt spaghetti or for lasagna! 🤤😋
