First we grind the spinach together with the water and then we add the oat flour ( in my case, I made it directly by grinding the oat flakes, dry but.  you can also buy it ) and the oil at this point we can also add salt, pepper, E.T.C.

Secondly we make the crepe in the pan with a little oil, although it does not usually stick. Meanwhile we prepare in another pan, a fried egg and the mushrooms once ready, the crepe and egg.

Once the crepe and the fried egg are ready, dip the cheese in the crepe. We put the egg, add arugula, tomato, mushrooms, tofu, goat cheese and feta cheese chopped, I also added pine nuts and a few pieces of raspberry that are very rich this of course is to everyone's taste, play with your imagination and add to it as you like.

 Finally, with the leftover dough I made those little hearts you see in the second photo for tomorrow's breakfast! 😊
