We put to cook the pasta in abundant boiling water. While we are preparing the rest of the ingredients.

In a frying pan, put a couple of spoonfuls of EVOO. Poach the leek cut in small pieces. Chop the mushrooms and add them. Sauté until they begin to be soft. Cut the salmon into small squares or strips and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add the chopped spinach and half a can of evaporated milk and sauté for about two minutes. When the spinach has softened, add the pasta and spices, mix and stir for another couple of minutes. We rectify salt and if it is dry we can add a little of the water of the cooking of the pasta.
