Hydrate the gelatin in a bowl with cold water.

Peel and cut half a mango and add it to the blender with the oat drink. Grind it vigorously until it is homogeneous. When the gelatin is soft. We put it for 0.20 seconds in the microwave, without boiling. Mix with the mango and oat mixture.

Serve in glass jars with lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When we are going to eat our flan, add the pecan nuts. Enjoy your meal ☺️
