In case we do not have the rice 馃崥 cooked, we prepare it in abundant water according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Peel and cut the pumpkin 馃巸 into cubes. Boil in a pot with water 馃挧 for 15/20 min. Drain and let cool.

Pass the lentils, pumpkin 馃巸 and rice 馃崥 through the masher (or mash with a fork). Here it depends on taste, I like to find chunks so I didn't mash much. Season with salt and pepper.
