Wash and chop all the vegetables. Garlic in very small pieces.

Sauté the vegetables in a frying pan. Starting with the garlic and onion, then add the rest and stir until soft. (Optional boil the carrot, peppers and zucchini a little before to soften them a little more).

Boil the quinoa in a pot for about 10 minutes. about 10 minutes. Drain well (you can also use quinoa that comes in precooked cups, in this case this step is omitted).

Once the vegetables are poached add to the pan the boiled quinoa and the spices indicated in the ingredients list. Stir to get the flavor. Serve and eat! 😊
