Place a container with the persimmons in the microwave for 1 minute.

Mash them with a fork. When heated and also being ripe, they melt immediately.

Add chia seeds (this can be optional, I like to add them as it gives us another consistency to the jam more gelatinous and also add extra properties) 👍🏼 If we want to sweeten something else we add sweetener.

To the fridge for a few hours or the night before and we would have our healthy jam ready!!!! 🧡
