Sauté two garlic in 3 tablespoons of EVOO. Before they begin to brown, add the can of natural tomato already crushed with the blender. Let it cook for 45 minutes. 👁️🗨️ Add a pinch of bicarbonate to remove the acidity of the tomato (sugar noooo🙅♀️).

After 45 minutes, sear the tuna in a frying pan with EVOO.

Add the tuna to the pot with the tomato and let it cook together over low heat for 15'.

Let it sit for a few minutes and .... let's eat! 🤓
