In a bowl add the flours, egg, milk, yeast and sweetener.

Mix everything well. First with a spoon and then by hand until you get a ball of dough. Tip: if it is too dry, add milk and if it is too soft, add a little flour.

The ball of dough should be stretched until it is about 5mm thick. We recommend using cling film to prevent it from sticking.

Let's get to work with the filling: mix the chopped banana and cinnamon powder in a bowl.

Then, we put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds so that the banana softens and it is much easier to obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.

Spread this mixture on top of the dough sheet and roll it up.

Cut the roll of dough into portions of about 2 cm.

Steam for 10-12 minutes.
