The first thing to do is to cook the rice according to the manufacturer. The one I use takes about 45 minutes.

Then, once the rice is cooked, we fry it a little with a garlic so that it takes the flavor. Stir from time to time over medium heat and set aside.

Then peel the banana. We will cut it in half lengthwise. We put it in a frying pan with a little oil or butter. And once it gets golden brown, put it aside.

The next step is to plate it. To make the "little mountain" of rice, take rice with a spoon and put it in a cup until it is full. Then with the same spoon we crush the rice to make it compact. We overturn the cup in a plate, we raise little by little. If we see that the rice does not come out, with the same spoon we tap the "ass" of the cup and it will come out, slowly lift the cup and voila. Place the tomato on top of the mountain of rice.
