Wash, cut and fry the vegetables and mushrooms with little oil. If you prefer, add chopped garlic. Boil water to make hard boiled eggs.

Once the vegetables are done, add the drained can of tuna. One tablespoon of soy sauce can be added to the mixture. Spice if preferred with: dried parsley, half a teaspoon of ginger powder, black pepper.

When the vegetables are almost done, heat the water with the rest of the soy sauce. Rice noodles usually take 2 minutes to cook, so if they are done last, follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Finally add the vegetables and mushrooms to a bowl, the chopped hard-boiled egg and the soy soup and rice noodles. To garnish, put some dried parsley on top.
