Poach the onion for about 20 minutes, then add the tomato. Meanwhile cook the cauliflower

Put the cauliflower and the poached cauliflower in a food processor with the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and spices to taste (I use curry and nutmeg). Blend it at high power for a few seconds until it has a puree texture.

Pour into an oiled baking pan and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180°.
