Preparación de la receta

We make the minced meat in the frying pan, once it is well done we add the fried tomato to taste. And we leave it covered over very low heat so that it does not get cold.

We put in a pot the water to boil, when it is boiling add the gnocchi and about 2 minutes they have to start to rise to the surface, as soon as they are all on the surface we drain them and emplatamos! A considerable portion for one person 200gr-250gr, (cooked weight). For 4 people we would need two bags of gnocchis.

Finally, add the sofrito on top and it is ready.
