To make the bread: beat the egg whites until stiff, add the salt, the oats and the flour and mix homogeneously. Place in a silicone mold and microwave for 3 minutes.

To make the cream: melt 30" in the microwave the chocolate with a little water and homogenize.

Add cinnamon and crushed peanuts to the chocolate (peanut butter, peanut powder or any other nut can be substituted).

Split the bread in two halves, and make two slices from each half.

Spread one of the slices with Greek yogurt and the other with the chocolate cream and close the sandwich.
