Cook the pasta of your choice for one or two minutes less than indicated on the package in la dente mode.

In a separate pan sauté the chopped onion and sliced garlic with cayenne flakes or a whole cayenne until soft. That will be the oil we use.

Add the poached ingredients to the drained spaghetti and add oregano and powdered cheese to taste. We chop the chicken previously made (mine were leftovers) and we make two thin pork loin fillets almost turn and turn.
