Chop the cauliflower, with a chopper or you can with a knife, we have to leave it more or less like grains of rice.

Once the cauliflower is chopped, we put it in the microwave for 8 minutes.

Mix the cauliflower with an egg, grated cheese and I add a little flour for consistency.

Once we have the dough, we put it in the oven for about 10 minutes, which we have reheated to 180°C.

When the base is cooked we take it out and put the ingredients we want, I have put a tomato base and several different cheeses (spreadable cheese, mozzarella and goat cheese).
