First we cook the rice in the chicken broth until it is soft and all the broth is consumed.

While the rice is cooking, chop the vegetables and fry them in a frying pan with a little EVOO. Then add the chicken previously seasoned with salt and pepper and when it is almost done add the soy sauce and the shrimps.

Add the rice to the pan and mix well. Finally add salt, garlic powder, thyme and rosemary to taste.
