Peel and cut the sweet potato into small pieces, put in the microwave covered for about 4 minutes.

Mash with a fork and mix with two egg whites (or one egg) and salt. Shape and do not leave it too thin.

We take it to the oven preheated to 180º and we watch it. When it is done we turn it over, put the ingredients we want and put them in until they are done. I put crushed tomato base, tofu bolognese and mushrooms.
