If you use chicken breasts you should cut them into large pieces, if you use chicken tenderloins you can add them directly. Once the meat has been cut into pieces, mark the meat in a frying pan with a teaspoon of olive oil.

Once marked, remove the chicken and in the same pan add the onion until it is poached, once at that point add the mushrooms.

When the mushrooms have released all their water and are poached, add the soy sauce, paprika, a pinch of pepper and evaporated milk.

Add the chicken to finish cooking and allow a few more minutes for the sauce to thicken.
