First, we soak the almonds for 12 hours.

Put the almonds and a glass of water in a blender, blend until it becomes a paste and add the rest of the water little by little (⛔ if you add the liter of water all at once at the beginning you will not grind the almonds well⛔).

After beating everything for two or three minutes, we strain it.

I use a cloth to strain it , there are also cloth strainers, but I prefer the cloth to squeeze it better 😉.
