In a bowl mix the ingredients (the banana must be ripe).

The mixture is designed for 4 people, about 8 pancakes. Pour half of a saucepan with the batter into a frying pan with a little oil over medium-high heat. When the pancake moves in a compact way, turn it over with a spatula and leave it for one or two more minutes until it is removed.

Instead of cream put some coconut milk on top of the pancake if desired.
