Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices (1 cm). Put the potatoes in the tray where we will make the chicken, forming a base. Finely slice the onion and add it with the potatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. I have put: sweet red bell pepper, oregano, salt and pepper.

Brush the chicken thighs with lemon juice and place them on top of the potato and onion base. Season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme (or whatever you like).

Add a glass of water and a little oil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200掳. Heat up and down (if you don't have upstairs, nothing happens). After 30 minutes we turn the thighs and 30 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes.
