Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, empty it and reserve the pulp.

Once emptied, we put them in the oven with a little salt for about 15 minutes at 200°, making sure they do not get too soft so that they hold the stuffing well.

Meanwhile, chop the zucchini pulp and sauté it in a frying pan with a little EVOO. When it has poached, add the prawns, the chopped apple, the cheese, the salt, the nutmeg and, finally, the diced ham.

We stuff the zucchini, sprinkle a little oregano on top and we're done!!! 👌🏼 📢And here comes the best part📢: you can eat them hot or save them for later and eat them cold, as they are good both ways!!!
