The quantities are approximate for 6 units. AREPAS: in a bowl put warm water with a pinch of salt and add little by little the precooked corn flour. The amount of water should be twice the amount of flour. - Knead until the dough does not stick to your fingers. - Form balls and flatten. - Put a little oil in a frying pan so that they do not stick and place the arepas five minutes on each side until they are golden brown.

STUFFING 1: CHICKEN WITH AVOCADO. - Place the chicken breast in a pot with water over high heat (it takes about 20 minutes). - When it is cooked, with the help of two forks, cut the chicken into pieces so that it is shredded. - Crush the avocado with the help of a fork. - Mix with the chicken, we can add a teaspoon of mayonnaise.

STUFFING 2: CHICKEN WITH TOMATO. - In a frying pan, sauté onion (more tasty if we use purple onion) and red and yellow bell pepper. - Add crushed tomato and let it cook. - Mix with the shredded chicken (as in the previous case).
