Cut the meat in pieces and make the meat by adding salt in a casserole or a frying pan, fill the bottom of the casserole or frying pan with oil, and we are doing it over medium high heat. Then crush garlic, red and green bell pepper, and onion, add it to the meat, fry it and add a glass of white wine. The wine will be 3 or 4 minutes over medium high heat. Then add two crushed tomatoes. After heating it, add saffron and turmeric natural coloring. While you stir it, heat the water in a pot (put enough water) when the water is hot, add all the meat to the pot and close it, leave it for 30 minutes since we put the weight and it starts to turn. After 30 minutes we open the pot and add 400gr of rice. 5 minutes more at medium high heat (7) with the weight on and it is ready.
