Put the oat flakes and yeast in the grinder until they become flour.

In a bowl, mash the three bananas to a mush. In the same bowl, add the 3 eggs, a teaspoon of cinnamon and beat everything together. Then add the apple cut into small cubes, mix well, without mashing them.

Gradually add the flour to the bowl and mix with a mixer until the mixture is homogeneous. If it is too dense, add a little soy beverage.

In a frying pan over medium heat, pour a little oil. With a soup spoon, pour the mixture into the pan, 5 minutes on each side and it will be ready to eat.
