1- SPAGGUETTI. - We put water to boil, when it is at its boiling point we throw the spaghetti and let it boil between 7 and 9 minutes, depending on how you like the point of the pasta.

2- TEXTURIZED SOYBEANS - Place a handful of texturized soy in a saucepan, add water until it covers the soy. - We put the saucepan on the fire, so that the soybeans hydrate. - Do not let the water and the soy boil, when we see that the soy has swollen we remove from the fire and strain it with the strainer.

3- SAUTÉING. When the soybeans are hydrated, add them to a frying pan along with half a package of pisto/fritada and sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat. You can also make your own ratatouille, but if you want a quick recipe, you can use ready-made ratatouille (well processed).

Serve the spaghetti with the sautéed textured soy and ratatouille.
