I cooked the cauliflower until al dente (rather hard).

I chopped it together with the egg whites, ink and spices 🌿.

Spread on the baking tray (with baking paper) and bake about 15/20' at 180*.

After the time has elapsed and you see that it is set, carefully turn it over with another tray with paper. Remove the paper that would remain on top and add the topping that we most like.

I used a tomato base, tuna, gulas, sea bream, cheese, garlic, red shrimp and quail eggs.

Once placed in the oven, put it back in the oven until gratin and voila!
