We prepare the ingredients to be used. In my case I already had the roasted pumpkin. Otherwise we would have to roast it first to prepare everything.

Grind all the ingredients except the yeast and the chocolate ounces 🍫

When everything is ground, add the yeast and mix.

Add the mixture in a microwave-safe bowl, and place the chocolate ounces in small pieces and hide them in the dough.

Bake in the oven for 6 minutes at maximum power.

Decorate with toppings to taste: in this case: walnuts, 0% whipped cream cheese 🧀 and blueberries 🫐.
