First beat the egg, banana, peanut butter, vanilla and milk. Once beaten, pour into a bowl (for easy stirring).

Add the oats, cornstarch and yeast (all sifted) to the bowl until incorporated and let stand covered for about 5 minutes.

Once the mixture has rested, add the grated carrot and the nuts (or nuts of your choice).

Fill the molds halfway, more or less. If you want, this is the moment to add the chocolate chips to the ones you want and bake for about 20 minutes (this depends on the type of mold and oven) at 180ºC. Check with a toothpick until it comes out dry.

The chocolate is optional, I have tried adding two and the result is exceptional. Try splitting it in half and adding some cream cheese, applesauce or simply eat it as it is.
