Chop the onion and garlic and sauté with the oil.

When lightly browned, add the squid and fry for about 10 minutes over medium heat.

Once sautéed, add the tomato and rice for 4 minutes over medium heat.

Add the fish stock plus the squid ink and cook for 14 minutes over medium-low heat. When there are 3 minutes left to finish cooking add the prawns. Let stand 15 minutes so that the water evaporates and the rice rests well.
