Chop the onion and fry it in a frying pan with a little olive oil.

Cut the zucchini to taste (I had it cut in the shape of spaghetti). When the onion starts to be soft add the zucchini and let them finish cooking together.

Beat the two eggs, when the zucchini and onion are ready, add them to the beaten egg, mix well and pour it into a frying pan to make the omelet. Ready!
