Preparation Heat a frying pan with a little EVOO and cook the chicken breasts in very small pieces. Once cooked, remove them and let them cool. 2. While the breasts are cooling down, in the same oil, add the onion in very small pieces. 3. While the onion is cooking, we are going to crumble the breasts and add them to the frying pan with the onion and add the 4 spoonfuls of flour, stir everything well and leave it for a few minutes. 4. Add a glass of milk, pepper, salt and nutmeg, and stir until you have a dough, and let it cool for an hour or two. 5. Crush a handful of corn flakes and beat 2 eggs. 6. With the mass of the croquettes with the help of a spoon we are taking and making croquette shape, we pass it through eggs and then through cereals and put it in a mold suitable for oven, we put it in the oven once preheated to 250⁰ and leave it about 20 minutes or 25 min and ready 👏.
