Soak the pitted dates in hot water for at least 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180° up and down.

Put the oat flakes in the turmix grinder and grind well until it becomes like flour (skip this step if using oat flour).

Add to the blender along with the oats, coconut, yeast and a pinch of salt. Beat well again. Reserve the mixture in a bowl.

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the melted coconut oil, 200ml of almond or oat drink and the dates to the blender and blend well. Add this mixture to the bowl and mix well. It becomes thick.

With the help of a spoon (each spoonful a cookie), take, make a ball, flatten it between your hands and place each cookie on baking paper.

Bake for 25 minutes. Ready!!! 😋
