Regarding the amount of salt or pepper, it is up to each person's taste. As well as the stuffing.

First, the meat must be marinated. Put the meat in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix well until everything is integrated. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, so that the meat is impregnated with all the flavors.

In a frying pan pour a splash of AOVE and make the meat. At the beginning it looks like a paste but you have to separate it with a spoon to shape the minced meat.

Once the meat is ready, we fill the wheat pancakes. I have previously toasted them in the frying pan and then stuffed them (it is easier for me). In my case, I used tomato, lettuce, raw onion, cheddar cheese and yogurt sauce.
