Boil the cauliflower in a saucepan.

In a bowl add the two eggs, lemon juice, oregano, pepper and salt. Whisk the ingredients in the bowl and add the cooked cauliflower in small pieces.

Mash the cauliflower with a fork until a homogeneous dough is formed. On a tray, place baking paper and with a round mold pour the dough forming a pancake of 1 cm high.

With the oven preheated to 180° C, insert the tray and bake for 20 min.
