First, put a spoonful of oil in a casserole. When the oil is hot, add a teaspoon of flour and stir it. Little by little we add milk until we get a thick sauce. Add salt, pepper and parsley. -THIS STEP CAN BE REPLACED BY COOKING CREAM.

Secondly, in a frying pan fry half an onion and a clove of garlic. When they have been poached we add beef fillet (it can also be replaced by chicken) and salt. When the meat is done, add a teaspoon of curry, half a teaspoon of ginger and the sauce we made before.

Finally, we mix all the ingredients and leave it on the heat for 5 minutes, enjoy! 😁
