Wash the eggplants well, cut them in slices. Salt them and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile cut one tomato into slices and the other two into squares. Drain the tuna and mix it with the diced tomato. Add a little salt and oregano.

In a baking dish place the tomato cut in slices and put a layer of eggplants on top. Add the tomato and tuna mixture. Put the rest of the eggplants and the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180° with heat up and down. Bake for half an hour. After this time sprinkle with grated cheese and bake au gratin.
