In a frying pan fry an onion in pieces and a handful of peppers (I have put them frozen) when the onion begins to be soft and transparent add the meat in pieces (I have used two large turkey breasts that I had).

The measures I use for the rice are 100 of rice and 200 of broth, in a measuring cup.

When the meat is almost done, add the rice, mix and cook it all together.

Add the broth, saffron, paprika and a pinch of salt, let it reduce over medium heat and when there is little broth left, lower the heat to 4 and cover until there is no broth left.
